I have a professional and academic multidisciplinary background, acting as business consultant, entrepreneur, startups mentor/investor and professor of MBA courses. This means, I have a broad experience of more than 20 years as a business executive with international exposure, built in domestic and multinational companies in the financial and industrial markets. Key roles comprise: Director of Products for Latin America, Senior Manager for the Development of New Business/Products and Sales, and Portfolio Manager.

As a partner in a consulting firm, I have been delivering intelligence projects for companies, regarding market conditions/forecasts, competition, new products and initiatives – in order to offer recommendations that add value to the clients‘ strategic decisions. I also work on Open Innovation projects, focusing on solutions that involve sharing best practices between the various links in a company’s value chain, including the establishment of common projects between companies in the European market and Brazilian startups engaged in sustainable solutions.

I have a dual citizenship (Brazilian and Portuguese), currently living in Sao Paulo, Brazil, with my wife. My son and daughter are studying abroad, in the Netherlands and US respectively.
