I am an organizational psychologist and leadership advisor, passionate about refining management behavior and driving organizational change. Looking back at a decade of hands-on experience in growing and developing founders, managers and senior executives, I have been fortunate to work with a variety of companies of diverse background, sectors and sizes. My advisory practice helps leaders achieve outstanding team performance by putting employee satisfaction in the center of their attention.

Additionally, I am a frequent lecturer at German and Israeli universities and the founder of Lessons In Israeli Leadership, an applied research initiative analyzing Israel’s cultural imprint on the leadership behavior of the country’s most stellar leadership personalities.
